The rule of the contrarian in society is just beginning to be understood for the vital role that such a person plays in ensuring that the will of the majority, even when it is nearly unanimous, does not always prevail.  Since we are emotional beings, we often reach false irrational conclusions as a group which are only realized later when we review the situation calmly as individuals.]]></description>
