Middle 20 minutes: Deliberate reps. Now open your tools and practice. But don’t just tinker aimlessly. Test the specific prompts you wrote down. Compare variations. Capture at least one concrete before-and-after example: “When I prompted this way, I got X; when I changed it to this, I got Y.” These examples become your personal library of what actually works.

Final 5 minutes: Reflection. Write down the one thing you’ll focus on training next time. What pattern did you notice? What confused you? What worked surprisingly well? This “reward signal” primes your brain for what to pay attention to in future sessions.

Prompt Learning Loops
